How do we identify the best candidates available ?
The scientific sector in the UK is very healthy and also very competitive. One of the biggest assets any organisation has are the people who come to work every day. By it's very nature the scientific sector requires a highly skilled workforce with diverse skill sets, some of which are in short supply.
we have around 25,000 registered candidates and advertise constantly on leading job boards and in scientific journals ... In order that we can identify candidates as they are needed we maintain a high profile in the candidate market. We advertise constantly on the UK's leading job boards AND maintain our own large database of applicants. We take a very pro-active approach to recruitment and don't stop at advertising jobs, often, we will network our contacts to identify candidates in the large passive market.
Many of our existing clients first asked us to help with a problem vacancy - one for which their current recruitment process was not working. We have started many of our recruitment partnerships by proving, at the time when it was most needed, that we can make the difference.

our performance solutions include training, motivational & behavioural profiling and bespoke consultancy ... In addition to our recruitment services we also offer a range of motivational and behavioural profiling services. Available as a seperate stand alone service they also complement the recruitment process nicley. Many clients have found that by incorporating one of our profiling tools into their existing recruitment process we are able to eliminate some of the doubts that can be left at the end of a typical interview. We also provide a range of training courses that focus on the performance of individuals and teams.
