We use profiling tools in a number of diferent contexts and often the profile is a first step. The tools we use are Context Specific which means that the results are bound to specific contexts rather than generalised to global statements about personality.

How are the profiles completed ?
When we profile people the profiles are available for completion in one of three formats: online for anyone who has internet access; paper and pen version for manual processing and we are also able to conduct conversational elicitations. We offer a choice of three different profiling tools each is suited to different needs. The format of the three tools we offer are as follows:

What else do we offer as part of our profiling service ?
Profiling is such a powerful tool we wanted to be able to offer more than just a profiling service. We are qualified to conduct Certified Trainings for the iWAM and LAB Profile tools. This means that we can spend time training our clients to facilitate their own online profiling or to elicit their own conversational profiles. This means you are then able to generate your own results independantly which may be more cost effective for those who adopt profiling as a tool of choice.
