Description:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an analytical chemist to join one of our South-East based pharmaceutical clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to the company’s anti-counterfeiting projects, testing and reporting on samples received from various marketing regions for confirmation of authenticity. Candidates will also have the opportunity to write up reports to be used as evidence in court.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analytical chemist looking for something different, whilst gaining invaluable experience working for a leading pharmaceutical organisation.
Candidates are expected to be qualified to at least HNC/HND in a Chemistry related discipline, with experience of working in a Quality Control environment where GMP is adhered to at all times. A background in (or previous experience of) Forensic Science, whilst not essential, would be a definite advantage.
This opportunity is available as a 12 month contract and the position offers a competitive salary that will reflect experience, qualifications and performance at interview. In any event we expect offers to be made in the region of £20,000 - £25,000.
