Performance Coaching for new Skills, Attitudes and Behaviours

In order for someone to reach their full potential it typically requires a flexible attitude to learning and constant evolution of their skills base.
As well as relevant technical skills managers need to be equipped with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. These are the types of skills that often benefit from focussed development sessions. In broadening this skill base the rewards can be exponential as these are the skills that hold the key to unlocking the potential in others.

Coaching is an excellent means of developing new skills with the assistance of an independent and impartial third party.

Skills that can be Coached

More or less any behaviour or skill can be coached provided your coach is selected on the basis of their expertise and what they can deliver. Our own coaching activity is focussed on our own areas of expertise, in broad terms these include:

  • Advanced Communication
  • Leadership and Motivational Management
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Personal Impact
  • Presentations
Structuring Performance Coaching Sessions

We begin with a consultation during which we help establish specific outcomes. The resources required to achieve these outcomes are then assessed. Any skills gaps are identified and a development program is implemented to address these.
