The emphasis of the Success-Track Coaching Programme is establishing and achieving longer term goals, typically it involves elements of:

  • Setting A Compelling Outcome
    • This process is essential as success can only be measured in terms of outcomes. The outcome may be more iminent - such as a career milestone or longer term such as a ten year plan or a business exit strategy. For longer term plans we will focus on setting solid foundations and identifying the milestones that set direction.
  • Identifying And Eliminating Persistent Blocks
    • These blocks can take numerous forms including unhelpful but persisten behaviours, fears and anxieties, motivation issues, conflicts, troubling past events and personal crises. It doesn't matter what they are - but it's important to have a comfortable foundation, with a relaxed state of mind, to allow a focus on achieving.
  • Identifying And Bridging Skill Gaps
    • This doesn't mean courses of long term study it simply means identifying skills that are critical in the context in which success is desired and polishing them to the required standard. This usually involves elements of one to one coaching with short tasks to consolidate learnings.
