The Language and Behaviour Profile

The Language And Behaviour Profile is a conversational tool for eliciting motivational and working traits in any context. The LAB Profile history is rooted in cognitive science with an emphasis on the correlation of linguistic structures in natural language with motivation and behaviour. The LAB Profile has been developed for commercial business application since 1992 by Shelle Rose Charvet of Success Strategies, Canada.

The LAB Profile is applied conversationally in real time. This means that as well as being implemented in formal interview scenarios it is also possible to covertly profile in any conversation, making this a truly consultative tool.

The real time application of the LAB Profile is what generates such unmatched versatility and diverse scope of application. The Profiler is free to elicit as many or as few of the profile traits as they are interested in, they can be elicited in any order and if necessary at different times, for example over several conversations.

The traits elicited can then be checked, again overtly or covertly, for accuracy thus ensuring that the profile is genuinely 100% accurate within the defined context. The LAB Profile is a context specific tool such that the generalisations normally associated with a profiling system are minimised.

The profile is used to conversationally elicit motivational and working traits in defined contexts. In combining different motivation and working traits it is possible to make sense of any behaviour and to predict responses people may exhibit to various changes and challenges.
